Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges can be difficult and frustrating. So we want to make this easy for you!

  1. Please download our Returns & Exchanges Form, fill it out, and ship it back with the merchandise you would like to return.
  2. Check below to determine which category your return falls under.
  3. Returns/Exchanges must have been purchased from shellcases.com. If your items were purchased from a retail store, they must be returned at the location they were purchased.
  4. Refunds must be issued back to the original credit card used at purchase.

UNUSED MERCHANDISE:  

• Items may be returned up to 60 days from the date of purchase. 

• Items must be unopened, and in original packaging. 

 

SALE ITEMS: 

• Items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  
• Items listed as Final Sale may not be returned.  
• Refunds must be issued back to the original credit card used at purchase.  
• The refund amount will be the price purchased at checkout, less the applied discount amount.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: 

• Defective items may be returned for refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt.

 

EXCHANGES:

• We will gladly exchange unworn Shell Cases cases within 30 days of customer receipt date.
